Congratulations to Weronika on Her Successful Doctoral Defense
News from May 31, 2025
In May, Weronika successfully defended her doctoral thesis on the Topic of Protein Stability and Polyelectrolyte Interactions via Experiment and Simulation as part of Project A1. We extend our warmest congratulations and wish her all the best for her future career.
Her research, supervised by Prof. Matthias Ballauff, combined experimental and computational approaches to advance understanding of protein–polyelectrolyte interactions. Weronika also completed a research stay in Montreal with the Multhaup group, establishing a successful international collaboration that enriched her work and reinforced the collaborative spirit of the CITF–IRTG network.
We thank Weronika for her hard work, scientific contributions, and commitment to collaboration throughout her doctoral studies.
Congratulations, Weronika!
